A home first. A care home second.
Get to know Monroe Manor — the house, the household, and the nurse behind it.
Small by design, so nothing gets missed
Monroe Manor is a single-story home in a quiet neighborhood, thoughtfully set up for senior living. Because we care for a small number of residents, our attention never has to be divided between hallways of rooms.
Residents enjoy home-cooked meals, shared living spaces, and the rhythm of a real household. For residents who are independent, we simply provide a comfortable room and daily meals. For those who need support, care is tailored to each person after a personal assessment.
We welcome families to visit, tour the home, and ask every question on their mind.

Care matched to each resident
Support levels are set through a personal assessment — never one-size-fits-all.

Deborah Beuca, RN
I'm a Registered Nurse with over 8 years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, home health, and care assessments.
Caring for others has always been at the heart of my nursing career. Over the years, I've learned that great care goes beyond medical needs—it's about building trust, preserving dignity, and helping each person feel comfortable, valued, and cared for.
As a provider, my goal is to create a warm, welcoming home where every resident is treated with kindness, patience, and respect. I believe in getting to know each resident personally—their routines, preferences, stories, and the little things that make them feel at home.
It is a privilege to care for someone's loved one, and I strive to provide the same level of compassion and attentiveness I would want for my own family.
